In addition to our rich collection, we gladly accept special orders (custom orders) for unique constructions. Whether it is special bathroom constructions or a unique kitchen creation, we are ready to implement any of your ideas from scratch. We work with you from the design stage to completion, so that the final product fully reflects your vision. We believe that special people deserve special products – that’s why we create each order exclusively for you.
Return Policy
You have the right to return a product that you have purchased from our workshop, this concerns bathroom accessories, industrial tiles & porcelain sanitary ware. On the contrary, this does not apply to returns of all our products that are made to order by the customer and handmade. The information must be made in writing via the company's email. These returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days upon agreement of both parties and must be in the same condition in which you received them with complete and intact packaging along with all accompanying documents of the product you selected (e.g. Shipping Note - Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). In order to avoid your own inconvenience, please check the condition, packaging, and type of products upon delivery in order to identify any defects. In case of returning products that are defective or different from those you ordered, our company undertakes their immediate replacement without any charge on your part. In any other case of returning products, you are responsible for the shipping costs depending on the postal code of your area.This does not happen in the case of special orders with products that are clearly personalized.
